View Month's Budget Targets in Planned Section

I have budget categories with targets for every planned transaction. Having it easily accessible on the planned section will help me determine if I need to adjust the flexible budget targets I have if I have a large planned transaction coming up. If I have a large transaction (like 6-month car insurance, property taxes, etc), I may need to back off on a flexible budget category like Dining Out so I have more available money for that month. Can maybe label "Expenses" as "Planned Expenses" to differentiate.
