Remove Healthcare as a Default Category for EU Users During Onboarding

Depending on the country a user lives in, consider removing the healthcare default category for those that have universal healthcare since they'll likely just delete it anyway!

We're going to skip this one. I think we made it easy to delete if needed. Doing this just to clean up the board a bit. Will revisit in the future. Thanks for the suggestion!

Rub it in our face why don't you 🥲 though you're right. We're thinking about just removing this category altogether, even for US users, as the development effort to hide this category based on geography is way too high.
