New quick action: take back all fund

This action will take back all the assigned fund in all budgets back to Ready To Assign. The purpose is to give a way to reset and reassign again in case users make mistake and have too many budgets. Currently, users will need to manually adjust each budget which is ok with less than 10 budgets but super annoying otherwise. On top of that, when mistakes happen with that many budgets, the situation is complex for users to fix manually.

Hi Igor, yes, a reset with an option to keep existing categories also works!

Thai my immediate thought is this feature belongs in the Settings somewhere along with other destructive features like resetting your budget entirely. There is another feature request for resetting your entire budget, meaning you’d have to create your categories and targets again. Do you think that feature would solve this problem. I think as an enhancement to that feature, we can ask you if you want to keep your categories?
