Monthly Refill
For the monthly refill, if you don’t spend the full budgeted amount, the next month you can refill to the budgeted amount.
Ex: Budgeted $200 and only spend $150. The next month, have the option to refill back up to $200 and not only having the option to budget $200 again.

Hey Jake, that is how it currently works if you choose the "Set for spending" target option for the category. You'll see text there that says "Have this much ready to spend each period. Leftovers reduce what you need to add". This fits your example where you spend only $150 in the current month, the remaining $50 available fill carry forward to next month, reducing the amount needed to hit your $200 target.
