Being able to reorganize the credit card category
Although I think the title explains it enough, I would like to give a little more context:
I would like to have it at the top to give more priority to the balances and outstanding payments on my cards since they are the ones that at a certain moment 'could cost me' money due to interest.
I have already tried the reorganize option but it seems that it does not apply to those categories or groups of credit cards

This is done, my friend! Update to v1.86.0 to re-order your credit card group and the categories within. Go to the ✏️ icon in the top right of the Budget tab, then Reorder. They'll be at the bottom.
