Add Account Type Support for Loans, Investments & Assets
In order to track my net worth correctly, I need to be able to add even more account types. The most important at the moment are loans and investments. Ideally these could be linked or unlinked. Less important but also impactful to true net worth is unlinked assets, being able to add my vehicles, or other items of high enough value to track my net worth against.

Done! Update to v1.89.0 to add Investment and Loan account types. For now, you can't do much with them except feel better (or worse) about your net worth. In future updates I'll add the ability to make transfers between on-budget accounts and these investment/loan accounts.
