Add ability to delete merchants
There is currently only the ability to merge merchants. Let's have a way to delete them. When deleting a merchant, if it has transactions, ask which merchant to change the transactions to.

Added to web just now. Go to Settings -> Merchants, then find one you want to delete. Will be in the 3-dot menu. iOS coming soon.
